STS Gadgets (“আমরা”) www.stsgadgets.com ওয়েবসাইট পরিচালনা করে। আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে বা অর্ডার দিলে আমরা আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার ও সুরক্ষিত রাখি, তা এই নীতিতে ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।
১. আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
- অর্ডারের তথ্য: আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা, যা আপনি অর্ডার ফর্মে দেন।
- যোগাযোগের তথ্য: WhatsApp বা ফোনে যোগাযোগ করলে আপনার নম্বর ও কথোপকথন।
- স্বয়ংক্রিয় তথ্য: ডিভাইসের ধরন, ব্রাউজার, আইপি অ্যাড্রেস, আনুমানিক লোকেশন এবং ওয়েবসাইটে আপনি কোন পেজ দেখেছেন। এগুলো কুকি ও অনুরূপ প্রযুক্তির মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করা হয়।

- ডেলিভারি পার্টনার ([কুরিয়ারের নাম, যেমন Steadfast / Pathao / RedX]): পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার জন্য আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ঠিকানা।
- সেবা প্রদানকারী: ওয়েবসাইট হোস্টিং, অ্যানালিটিক্স ও বিজ্ঞাপন সেবা।
- আইনগত প্রয়োজনে: বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষ চাইলে।

অর্ডার, হিসাব ও আইনি প্রয়োজনে যতদিন দরকার, ততদিন আমরা আপনার অর্ডারের তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি। আপনার তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখতে আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবস্থা নিই। তবে ইন্টারনেটে কোনো পদ্ধতিই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়।
